POST PRODUCTION

For the editing of the film opening, Ara was the main editor however I helped her immensely throughout her editing process by communicating her on what needed to be done or improved from her editing.

We texted back and forth through whatsapp and in real life throughout this editing process.

COLOR

We learned how to edit the color filter of the video which includes the color saturation, coldness, how red or blue it is, etc. I directed her into choosing blue after the tense atmosphere has been established through the gun shots due to my research in thriller film conventions. 

SOUND

We also learned how to edit in sound effects including sound mixing and Ara took the responsibility into recording those particular sound effects that we eventually used for the final cut.
