This NRO Annual PPP Congress seeks to update NRO PPP KC focal persons on the latest developments in the PPP Program, and to inform and capacitate them on their new role under the new PPP Code, its IRR, and other relevant Guidelines.

DAY 2

This session will cover the roles of NROs under the PPP Code and IRR, focusing on their responsibilities at each stage of a PPP project—Development, Approval, Procurement, and Implementation. It will also discuss the guidelines for reviewing and approving local PPP projects by the appropriate approving body. Participants will learn how to conduct a completeness check for PPP projects and take part in a workshop, where they will be divided into groups to assess the Feasibility Study, Economic Model, and Financial Model of a project.
