Certificate of Participation

The certificates will be released within one (1) month after the activity.

Certificates will be issued only to those who have completed the following requirements:

• Submission of Training Commitment Form signed by the endorsing authority;​

• Accomplishment of attendance form; and ​

• Accomplishment of the Evaluation Form​
