面對雙語化學習的趨勢，優化全英語授課以及提升學生英語能力，以培養全英語專業人才已成為重點課題。本論壇聚焦高等教育下全英語授課及英語教學之實務與因應策略，強調雙語學習的優化，特邀國內外專家學者，共同探討EMI全英語授課及雙語學習的實質面向，以利國內高等教育師生順利銜接雙語化教育，熟悉教學與習得相關策略。 

In facing the trend of bilingual education, optimizing EMI teaching and enhancing students' English proficiency in training talents with English professional competence has become a vital issue. This forum focuses on practices and adaptive strategies of EMI and English language courses in higher education, emphasizing the optimization of bilingual education. We invite experts and scholars in Taiwan and worldwide to explore the hands-on aspects of EMI teaching and bilingual learning to familiarize teachers and students in higher education with pedagogical and acquisitional strategies when transitioning to the bilingual education setting.
