The Executive Team authorized the creation of a separate account at Northfield Savings Bank for flood recovery funds.
On July 28th, the Unitarian Universalist Association provided UCM a grant of $50,000 from the UUA Disaster Relief Fund.
An Interim Authorization to use monies in the newly established Flood Recovery Fund to pay bills was adopted by the Board on August 5, 2023.
A UCM Basement Policy was adopted by the Board on August 7, 2023.
The UCM FRuuT Charge was approved by the Board on August 7, 2023.

[*The Board temporarily authorized expenditure of some of these funds to pay the bills incurred during the first days of this flood emergency, like to move the electrical panels up from the basement to the first floor so electrical service could be reactivated.]
