Academic Performance

• Fail the academic average in any one semester, which is 80 out of 100. (A-/GPA 3.7)

>> The full scholarship will be suspended during the following semester.

• Fail exactly or more than one-half of all modules that you elect to study across two consecutive semesters, or fail exactly or more than two-thirds of all modules that you elect to study in any one semester.

>> The full scholarship will be terminated.

• Purpose:

This award and the corresponding regulations were established to foster learning among recipients and encourage students with outstanding academic performance.

• Basic eligibility:

1. Each applicant's conduct scoure must be 80 points or higher and they must not have received any punishment for the semester for which they apply.

2. Applicants must be studnets at the time of application. Their grades in their final semester are not counted.

3. Applicants must adhere to the following academic performance requirements:

>> Master's students

Each applicant's average grade must be 90 points or higher for the semester for which they apply. Alternatively, students with an A+ GPA may also apply.

• Availability:

One student annually, regardless of year of study, may win for each program collaborating with the scholarship program.

• Award:

One certificate and a financial incentive of NT$15,000 will be awarded to each winning student.

• Review procedures:

Any student who meets the eligibility requirements may submit an application to their program.
