You will receive an email on Friday, May 5th, confirming your bus assignment and table number. Be on the lookout for this communication. This information will also be available at the parking lot & event venue on Saturday.
Forms are due to the office by Wednesday, April 26th. Those students who have bought a ball ticket but have not turned in a form will receive an email alert. If you do not turn in a form, you will not be allowed to board the bus and attend Ball. No exceptions.
You and your guest will need to show an ID to board the bus. Don’t forget to bring it.
Riding the bus is mandatory
Please arrive at Campo by 4:45 as boarding begins at 5:00 PM at the Campo senior parking lot.
Buses will return to Campo at approximately 11:00 PM.

We will do our best to accommodate all requests. If multiple requests were made, we will use the most recent submission and ignore previous requests.
If you do not submit a request, we will place you at a table.
Please note – changes will not be made just because you do not want to be seated with someone.
Table assignments will be sent on Friday via email.
This is a school function and all school rules apply. No drug, tobacco or alcohol use will be permitted. Any use will result in school disciplinary action.
All students will be breathalyzed before boarding the bus.
Every year we have a few students who get sick and/or pass out from dehydration. Remember to take the time to drink water and eat on Saturday. Dinner will not be served until after 7:00 PM.
Everyone is invited to meet at the Moraga Commons for informal photos around 4PM before heading to Campo to board the buses.
