Note- if your guest is a not a Campo student, you will need to complete the last page which is a non-Campo student form.
Print the form, fill it out and obtain signatures.
Bring the completed form to the Attendance Office no later than April 26th.
Non-Campo high school guests will need to have their guest agreement signed by their school administrator; plan accordingly to meet the deadline as this can take a few days.
If you plan on taking a guest/date to Senior Ball that is NOT a current high school student, that person can NOT be 21 or older (no exception) and must have written Campolindo admin approval (meaning, come see Vanessa Knight).
