2021 Timeline

Hold a blind draw or skills session to create your club's teams

1. • Please refer to the Team Formation Policy 

Club notifies WCOSA which teams will be participating in Fall 2021

1. • This is done by completing and uploading the Team Import Template on TeamLinkt :

     • The file must be saved as CSV (Comma Delimited) in order to upload

Club can begin to submit team rosters to WCOSA for Fall 2021

1. • This is done by completing and uploading the Roster Import Template on TeamLinkt. This must be done for each individual team separately.

     • Players must either have an email entered OR a contact with an email.

     • Please leave Column D empty.

     • The file must be saved as CSV (Comma delimited) in order to upload

Field locations must be created on TeamLinkt for each field

• Name format for each field:

Age School Field # → U10 Allen East #1

A temporary schedule will be published 

Update each field's availability on TeamLinkt

1. • Dates being blacked out should be related to school sanctioned events such as open house, school concerts, homecoming, tournament hosting, etc.

Update each team's availability on TeamLinkt

Assign home field locations for each team on TeamLinkt

Final rosters must be updated on TeamLinkt

1. • Roster revisions due to late additions/drops may be submitted up through August 15 but must be made aware to WCOSA

Submit club's 'Concussion Certificate(s) on File' that every head coach, assistant coach or team manager completed the concussion certification and it is on file with the club designee

Submit club's 'Lyndsay's Law On File' that every head coach, assistant coach or team manager completed the Lyndsay's Law Training and it is on file with the club designee

EVERY Head Coach, Assistant Coach or Team Manager that MAY be on the sidelines…

1. • ·      Must Complete the Background Check

   • ·      Must Complete the Lyndsay’s Law Training (annually)

   • ·      Must have an Up-To-Date Concussion Certificate (Certificate is valid for 3 yrs.)

   • ·      Must Sign the Code of Conduct- Coaches

Lyndsay’s Law, Concussion Certificate and Code of Conduct is held by each individual club or coach.  Any of the above items may be verified by WCOSA Board personnel.

Final Rosters MUST be received by WCOSA.  Rosters are now deemed FINAL.  No additions/deletions can occur after this date.

Payment for each team is due for the 2021 Fall Season

• $20 per team

• $5 per player

EVERY Parent Representative

• Must Complete the Lyndsay’s Law Training (annually)

• Must Sign the Code of Conduct- Parent

•  Must complete the Medical Release Form for their player(s)

• Must complete the Release of Liability Form.

Each of these forms is held by each individual club or coach. Any of the above items may be verified by WCOSA Board personnel.
