These virtual sessions will include updates from the MAPS team’s research, education and workforce development initiatives as well as lightning talks from students and faculty members.
Zoom links will be provided to registrants.

Links to the Zoom sessions will only be provided to registered attendees via email.
If you have any technical issues connecting to the Zoom sessions, contact Doug Byers, dbyers@ku.edu.
When you join the session, your microphone will be muted. Please leave it muted unless speaking.
You can also turn off your camera if not speaking. This can help with overall bandwidth issues.
If you are a presenter, please have your slides ready and be prepared to share them at your scheduled time. Have your camera and microphone turned on.
Questions for speakers will be accepted through the chat feature. Moderators will direct them accordingly during Q&A sessions . Unanswered questions will be sent to the speaker for follow-up.
The sessions will be recorded. If you are a presenter and wish not to be recorded, please contact Rosemary Blum at rblum@ku.edu.
