Zoom Meeting Logistics:

• Links to the Zoom sessions will only be provided to registered attendees via email.

• If you have any technical issues connecting to the Zoom sessions, contact Doug Byers, dbyers@ku.edu.

• When you join the session, your microphone will be muted. Please leave it muted unless speaking.

• You can also turn off your camera if not speaking. This can help with overall bandwidth issues.

• If you are a presenter, please have your slides ready and be prepared to share them at your scheduled time. Have your camera and microphone turned on.

• Questions for speakers will be accepted through the chat feature. Moderators will direct them accordingly during Q&A sessions . Unanswered questions will be sent to the speaker for follow-up.

• The sessions will be recorded. If you are a presenter and wish not to be recorded, please contact Rosemary Blum at rblum@ku.edu.
