You should receive a welcome pack from the Group Administrator with all the information that you need, you will also find a lot of that information on this website, so please add it as a favourite! 

What you should have received from us

• Invite to Online Scout Manager parent portal

• Gift aid declaration form

• Welcome email (the email this guide came attached to)

If you haven’t received any of the above, please email Clare our Group Administrator on Group-Administrator@1stHaynesAndWilsteadScouts.co.uk

What we need you to do now

• Complete all personal details fields

• Complete the consents at the bottom of the personal details tab

• Complete the gift aid declaration

• Sign up to help at one session a term on the parent rota via OSM if you can spare the time

What to expect in the next few weeks

• If you have given consent, you will be added to the WhatsApp group for the relevant section. Information about each weekly meeting will come out via this including location, what they need to wear or bring.

• After a few weeks attending the section leader will talk to you about purchasing uniform and being invested into the section (more info on where to get uniform below)

• After a few weeks attending you will be added to payment schedules and asked to make payments online.
