口頭発表の形式
発表時間 10 分、質疑応答 3分、交代時間 2分の合計15分間で行います。
発表は、ご自身のノートパソコン、タブレット等を利用して実施してください。プロジェクターの接続規格は、HDMIとD-Subのみとなっております。アダプターが必要な方は、適宜持参ください。レーザーポインターは、こちらでご用意いたします。
ご自身の発表前の休憩時間等に接続確認を行なってください。
ウォーキングポスター
前回大会から引き続き、ウォーキングポスターを行います。
A3サイズのコピー用紙に、自己紹介や、研究内容などを自由に記載してください。(A4サイズ2枚を貼り付けても可。用紙の向きは縦横自由。)
会期中は、ウォーキングポスターを、クリアファイルに挟み、紐を通して、首から下げたり、肩にかけたりしてください。クリアファイル等は会場で用意しております。
ウォーキングポスターを、「名札」として使用いたしますので、必ずご準備ください。
ポスター発表
A0（横841 mm × 縦1189 mm）以下の大きさで、可能な限りご⾃⾝の顔写真を入れてください。
ポスター設置に必要な道具はこちらで準備いたします。
ポスターは会期中は掲示し続けていただけます．お帰りの際には、お持ち帰りください。(10/25 16:30 完全撤収)
ポスター番号は追ってご連絡致します。
細菌学若手コロッセウムはさまざまな分野の方が参加します．分野外の人にもわかるように背景から説明してください。
Oral presentation
You have 10 min for your presentation and 3 min for Q&A. After your presentation, we’ll move on to a next speaker within 2 min. [Total: 15 min]
Please use your own laptop or tablet computer for your presentation. Your slides will be projected onto a screen with HDMI or D-sub. Please bring your HDMI adaptors if necessary. We’ll prepare laser pointers for your presentation.
Walking-poster
In 19th Wakate colosseum (19th WC), we’ll hold “walking-poster” session again for enhancing the communication between attendees! The format and contents of this poster is depended on you. You can write whatever you like (such as your hobby, studies, SNS accounts etc.) on your poster. Your poster must be prepared with A3 paper (either landscape or portrait, utilizing 2 pieces of A4 paper is also available).
During the 19th WC, this poster also works as your name card, so you should wear it around your neck or hang it on your shoulder with using a clear document file and rope. Files and ropes are prepared by us.
Poster
Posters must be A0 size in portrait format only (W 841 mm x H 1189 mm). We’ll prepare thumbtacks for hanging your poster. Your poster number will be informed you later by email.
Your poster will be exhibited during the conference. Please dismantle your poster by yourself before 10/25, 16:30 . Make sure that your poster is easy to understand for everyone from various backgrounds.
本会ではSNSを積極的にご活用いただくために、以下の「Share」アイコンと、「Confidential」アイコンを、自身のポスターに添付していただくことを推薦します．
SNSの投稿写真等にポスターの内容が映り込んでも良い場合は、「Share」を使用してください。非公開を希望される方は「Confidential」を使用してください。
なお、どちらのアイコンもない場合は、「Confidential」扱いと致します。
口頭発表の方もお使いいただけます．

To the presentators,
In 19th WakaColo, we recommend participants to utilize SNS for sharing their studies. If you'd like to share your poster on SNS, please put "Share" icon bellow on your poster. If you want to keep your poster confidential, please use "Confidential" icon. You can also use both icons in your oral-presentations.
All presentors who don't use both icon, their posters or oral-presentations are considered as "Confidential".
If you post something about 19th WakaColo, please use a hashtag, "#若コロ" !
