These conditions & rules regulate access, use of the rooms and of our structure (1912 rooms).

With your reservation, you accept our conditions/rules and confirm that you want to comply with the indications.

If you do not agree to these conditions, please do not book.

1) we answer all your questions on our email (see contact page).

2) our rooms must always be booked & paid for directly on the Booking or Airbnb portals. We do not accept reservations outside of them.

3) for all communications after booking (written messages, images, request, reports, etc.) we ask you to use Booking or Airbnb chat : we advise you to download the application on your mobile phone, Pc or Mac.

4) guests must send a photograph of a valid document (identity card or passport) in the Booking or Airbnb chat. This is used by us to register your arrival on the Cantonal Police portal and to pay the tourist and promotion tax.

5) after receiving your photo ID, we will send you the procedure for accessing our facility (safe code and keys explanation).

6) check-in from 16.00 to 21.00 max.

7) check-out at 10.00 at the latest (this is to allow room cleaning).

8) luggage storage is not allowed in our facility: this service is available at the Locarno railway station (FFS-SBB-CFF) .

9) our rooms are only for adults aged 18 and over.

10) links to other websites operated by third parties not affiliated with us may be indicated on the website. These links are proposals of tourist interest. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of external pages or any sites linked to them. Your linking to any other external pages or third party sites is at your own risk.

GENERAL RULES OF THE HOUSE

-It is not allowed to consume food inside the rooms

-Hall, stairs and stone table (outside) are shared with other guests

-Do not leave personal and valuable effects in the shared spaces

-Do not leave valuables unattended inside the rooms

-We decline all responsibility for theft of objects, personal effects, etc.

-Maintain order and mutual respect

-Do not smoke inside the house, rooms and at the windows

-Do not light candles, incense, flames

-The use of drugs is not allowed

-Do not enter/leave bicycles, hoverboards, trottinette in the house/rooms:  we have a suitable and safe place outside where you can also recharge electric bikes

-Access to the house is allowed only to registered guests

-Visits are not allowed

-Pets are not allowed

-It is not allowed to move furniture (tables, beds, lamps, mirrors, objects, etc.) inside the rooms and spaces

GENERAL RULES OF THE KITCHEN

- it is not allowed to use it after 11.00 pm

- whoever uses it is required to leave it as he found it, clean and tidy

- in case of problems/negligence additional costs will be applied

WI-FI & INTERNET USE

The guest user is directly responsible for the activities carried out during the internet connection through the WI-FI service offered. The user is required to carefully guard the user name and password, already configured for such use and is responsible for any improper use of the same. In particular, when using the WI-FI service it is forbidden to: • carry out any activity that is in contrast with the Swiss and European regulations; • access sites that for content and images are in contrast with the public purpose of the service and / or illegal (pedophilia sites, pornographic, which inspire violence and racism, etc.); • send e-mails annoying other users of the network and indiscriminately (spamming); • carry out any activity aimed at circumventing or deceiving the access control and / or security systems of any internal or public server; • carry out activities that may disturb other guests of the structure: viewing images that may disturb other users, listening to music without headphones, chatting, network games, virtual calls, etc .; • use mechanisms or tools of any kind to circumvent software copy protection systems, to reveal passwords, to identify any security vulnerabilities of the various systems, to decrypt encrypted files or to compromise network security in any way. In case of violations (which may hypothesize illicit behavior), the competent Authority will be promptly notified. With the use of the Wi-Fi service, the guest accepts this regulation.
