Selection criteria

The Conference is limited to ~40 attendees and registration will be on a first come, first served basis.

Abstract submission

We encourage all the attendees to submit their abstracts. Only the selected abstracts will be considered for the poster presentation. Kindly refer to this template to submit your abstract.

Abstract guidelines

- The abstracts should not exceed more than 250 words (excluding authors and affiliation)

- For formatting, adapt the following specifications: Font type ‘Times New Roman’, Font size ‘12’, Line spacing ‘1.5’

- List the presenting author first on the abstract

Registration fees

Indian students or Postdoc (with Accommodation): 6000 INR
Indian students or Postdoc (without Accommodation): 4000 INR
International Students or Postdoc (With accommodation): $100
Academic faculties/ Industry: 8000 INR (For without / shared

accommodation)

Academic faculties/ Industry: 10000 INR (For Single accommodation)
