Prison Reform

Suggested by Matt Blazek

Click and share: Go to Prisonpolicy.org

Criminal justice reform and healthcare. PA just passed automatic expungement of most misdemeanors & marijuana offenses. Some other states have bills in process or similar things that have passed. 1/3 of people have a criminal record- it's ridiculous the process & perpetual penalties. Mental health issues & the constant stigma are painful problems that can be addressed. People change- help them be better & move on.
