Jenna Copper is a full-time secondary English teacher and a part-time college professor. She earned her Ph.D. in Education in 2013, and she conducts research in the fields of ELA instruction and technology-infused instruction. Her research has led her to create her own curriculum resources at Doc Cop Teaching, publish in scholarly journals and textbooks, and present at national and state conferences. Jenna is married to a teacher, and they have two young children. You can find her teaching tips on her blog and follow her teaching (and #momlife) journey with her on Instagram.
Kelsey came to teaching in a non-traditional way, becoming certified to teach middle school while participating in Teach for America. After falling in love with the job, she decided to stay in the classroom where she is now in her 6th year. She teaches 8th grade ELA, is a team leader, the ELA department chair and serves on the SBDM. Outside of also being a wife and dog mom, she loves to connect teachers together and support those who want to start their very own teacher blog. Check out her blog or connect with her on Instagram!
