Players must follow these rules when choosing a team:
1. PS3: We are in Season 10. Select a 4 Star 91 OVR or lower rated Team. Do not select traditional P5 teams like Texas, UCLA, USC, etc.
XBOX 360: Since we are starting the Dynasty, your team must be 3 Star 79 OVR or lower rated team.
2. You must select Use Existing Coach - The starting level will be level 20.
3. The Conferences will be set up to evenly distribute teams. Army could wind up in the PAC 12, or Cincinnati in the B1G, for example.
Eventually, the grand prize at some point down the road will be for users to graduate into the B1G and one player will earn the right to coach tOSU - after earning their stripes at the 2-3 * level and moving up to better HC jobs over many simulated seasons.
I will try to schedule as many User vs. User games as we can. I will also add some Power 5 ranked teams to boost your Top 25 rankings if you can defeat them. After this first season, we can decide how we want to align schedules and conferences after that.
We will not schedule any user teams to play any FCS teams (sorry, Bama and SEC - No Chickenshit Saturdays here or here or here).
1. Users are allowed to simulate vs. the CPU, as well as use super sim vs. the CPU.
2. Players should not quit and restart games, unless due to technical reasons. If a situation occurs such as the game crashes you should message the commissioner @ 2XWingSP88@gmail.com or in the Dynasty Google Hangouts or Group Me chat and restart the game. Keep it straight up, please.
3. Users who play each other must each agree on a good time to play. Failure to play will result in a simulation of the game. We all work and have families and have to travel from time to time. Generally we will try to advance on Sunday nights and Thursday nights NLT 12:00 am Pacific Time.
4. Detailed in game User vs. User Rules will be published on a separate page here:
Please take some time to read and appreciate the work, thought and effort J-KITS put into this link J-KITS NCAA 14 NCAA 2017 - 2018 Sliders. I was one of those players that hated sliders and all the mods and this changed my thinking. Really renews your interest in the game and makes it seem like a totally different experience.
The gameplay sliders that will be used will be J-KITS NCAA 14 NCAA 2017 - 2018 Sliders, with a few changes. J-KITS worked over a number of years to get this down and it really is a tremendous effort that makes the game a lot of fun - Especially in User vs. User games:

The roster that will be used is Dericksun's 2017 NCAA Roster.
These guys are honorable mention 11 Warriors - They compile and continually upload all FBS and FCS teams with accurate rosters, names, and skill ratings for every 2019-2020 team in real college football.
** IMPORTANT **
If you choose to leave the league, you may not return to play later. The reason for this is that when a player leaves and then returns, all players joining after that player are likely to lose the ability to earn Coaching XP Points on a weekly basis. This is not meant to be difficult - It is meant to maintain the integrity of the player skill sets and points earned over time with Coaching XP.
If you want to leave the league, you can just leave. You don't have to give a reason if you don't want to. If you want to come back, you will need to create a new Gamertag and User Profile with Microsoft XBOX Live. Most likely someone will have already filled the open spot. In that case hopefully there will be another league up and running if you want to play as the same Gamertag - I can set up a 2nd or 3rd league for you to rejoin depending on interest level..
"J-KITS Manifesto: Fellas, take a walk with me for a sec…
Building a team in Dynasty feels more like telling a story. Selecting the right school with the hope of growing its prestige. Combing through the nation to find the best recruits for your program. And grinding it out on the gridiron to win the conference, earn a bowl bid, and hopefully to win a National Championship. It’s a fulfilling storyline.
But if it’s too easy to do, why even bother? I don’t like easy. I needed my own challenge, and I was going to see to it that I would keep tweaking until each setting felt right for me. I want to fight for yardage, play the kicking game, and actually lose to the CPU w/o giving them mercy. I played game after game tweaking each aspect. These sliders are curated with the intent to give us a true to life approach to the game of football. Not every pass is accurate, not every running back averages 7 yds per carry, not every 50 yd FG is successful, and not every school becomes a powerhouse overnight.
To those who share the same passion & perspective as me, I did this for you guys. Appreciate you for helping me shape these for the last 3 yrs. 100"
