GENESIS HOSPITALITY CULTURE

Genesis Hospitality embraces a culture of ‘Roll-Up Your Sleeves’ work ethic, in which the Guest is the most important aspect of our daily work. When any department needs help, members of other departments and the administration are there to help. Following the Golden Rules, all employees leave no Guest question unanswered, finding the answer out if they do not know it themselves. The most prominent characteristic within the Genesis culture is our ability to have fun while we work every day.

GOLDEN RULES

Greet each guest with honour and importance, and with a warm sincere welcome, such as “Good Morning,” “Good Afternoon,” “Good Evening,” “Welcome Back” or “Nice to See You.”

Answer all guests’ questions knowledgeably, or find the answer.

Prevent policies from driving away guests.

Take ownership of a problem when it is presented to you and follow the processes in place for handling all guest complaints.
