Power any electronic devices with vibration

At VibraPower, we are revolutionizing the traditional vibration energy harvesters, with the aid of nonlinear oscillator and dynamic Hebbian learning, a resonance tracking vibration energy harvester is built, which can harness the maximum natural and wasted vibration energy to generate electricity.

Applications

Power wireless sensor networks by utilizing the localized vibration energy generated from the EVs, Hybrid and gasoline cars, this could remove the need to connect the sensor devices to the main power source, replace unnecessary batteries and extend battery life.

Autonomous driving requires huge feedback information supported from sensors, vibration energy harvester harness the car vibration to power its sensors.

Macro vibration energy harvesters based on our technology could be used to generate power for EVs, Hybrid and Gasoline cars. Therefore reduce the fossil fuel consumption, large vehicles driving under normal road conditions and normal EV vehicles driving under off the road conditions contain lots of unutilized vibration energy, harnessing those energy can help generate power for them

When airplane is under normal operation, aerospace structures will be excited by non-stationary vibration source, the vibration input profile (such as amplitude and frequency) could vary a lot and depends heavily on the fly speed, loading conditions and etc.

Many local batteries have been widely used across the entire airplane structure, if local vibration energy harvesters could be utilized properly, the life time of the main battery could be highly extended and most of the secondary or backup batteries could be eliminated, therefore, a huge amount of the maintenance and operational cost could be saved.

Our technology

An adaptive state is augmented onto a nonlinear oscillator, where a resonance criteria could be met via using its own dynamical response, this resonance-tracking technology could be used to create a high Q-factor oscillator that can harvest non-stationary vibratory energy sources.
