Singers

Singers is the competitive show choir and concert choir at VHHS.  The choir has consistently placed, won, or swept their division in every show choir competition they have entered for the past 8 years. They also consistently receive superior ratings at every state, regional, and national concert choir festival they participate in. Singers meet for a full period every day and the choir is open to any student in 10-12th  grade at VHHS.  This choir is auditioned; has required out of school rehearsals; and has additional fees to cover music, choreography, costuming, and travel. The members of Singers spend their class time having a great time while they strive to better themselves in the choral art. Singers in this class work on all genres of music, vocal technique, music theory, sight-reading, composition, and their competition show.
