Below is the Code of Conduct we support and expect everyone to follow to help make this event welcoming and respectful to all attendees.Â
VERSO HACK 2025 is committed to providing a safe and productive learning environment for everyone attending the event, regardless of ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. Harassment of anyone at VERSO HACK 2025 will not be tolerated in any form and this includes offensive gestures or verbal comments related to ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation in public spaces; inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations; deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact; and unwelcome attention.Â
Expected Behavior:
Communicate openly with respect and consideration for others, valuing a diversity of views and opinions.
Avoid personal attacks directed towards anyone at the event.
Be mindful of your surroundings and your fellow participants. Alert VERSO HACK organizers if you notice a dangerous situation or someone in distress.
Respect the rules and policies of VERSO International School.
Turn off any mobile phone ringers or otherwise disrupting devices during the pitch presentations.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, you may either contact one of the VERSO HACK organizers (identified by the VERSO HACK Event Organizer badges) at the event, or email versohack@verso.ac.th. We value your attendance and participation, and want to make your experience as productive and rewarding as possible.
Everyone attending VERSO HACK 2025 must agree to this Code of Conduct as mentioned in the ticket registration form and that they have read, understood and agree to abide by the VERSO HACK 2025 Code of Conduct and acknowledge that such adherence is a condition of their participation at VERSO HACK 2025. A violation of the Code of Conduct may be grounds for canceling the participation without refund and/or disciplinary action by VERSO HACK organizers.
