College, Career,
& Media Center
Welcome to the FTHS College, Career & Media Center!
College, Career & Media Center
The CCMC at FTHS is open from 7:30am to 3:45pm Monday to Friday; we may be closed on Monday afternoons for staff meetings and at other times, as necessary, for rep visits/events/meetings. We do our best to publicize planned closures on the doors and in the school bulletin.
Students may visit the CCMC before school, during break or lunch, and after school.
Please do not eat in the CCMC.
Chromebooks / Technology
Continuing students should already have Chromebooks checked out. New students will receive Chromebooks at the beginning of the school year. If you have a concern or a question about a Chromebook or charger, please come in to see us at the center workstation.
Students are responsible for bringing their VUSD-issued devices (Chromebook in a case along with charger) to school with them every day. Students should charge their devices every day.
Checking out and Returning books
Textbooks: We will check textbooks out to students in their classes; however, please come in to see us at the center workstation in the media center if you have a question or a concern about a textbook.
Library Books: Students may come to the media center before school, at break or lunch, with their classes, or after school to check out library books.
