Our foundational anti-bias training explores issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion. These sessions include the examination of personal and cultural identities, the manifestation of biases and their impact on different communities, and the development of specific strategies for responding to stereotypes, prejudice, and bias. Experiences and activities will support participants so they can begin to explore identity, interpret difference, examine bias, and champion justice.
ADL

ADL
To be an effective responder, educators and administrators must first examine their own biases, explore the inclusivity of current policies , and understand the impact of biased behaviors. This workshop offers the team the skills and knowledge to turn incidents into teachable moments while reducing the harm inflicted within the situation. In this training, foundational anti-bias work is enhanced by applying the P. E. A. C. E. framework found in ADL's response guide to real-life, common incidents that occur in school.
