Question: Is there any way to mass email students from one class all at once?
Answer: Yes! You can do it through Aries. If you go to 'Teacher Miscellaneous' then click on 'send e-mails', you can send bulk e-mails to students, parents or both at the same time. All you have to do is follow the instructions in the browser!
Also, you can do this in Google Classroom in the "People" section. Just select all the students with the top check mark and then use the drop down menu to select email!
Further, you can even use student emails from Google Classroom under the "People" section to add their emails in your Google Contact. From there you can create a label, for example, "Period 1 Students" like how you see the "STAFF-Jesse Bethel High" contact. By doing this, you can use your gmail so send to all students in Period 1 by only typing "Period 1 Students," whereby the email will include all students in Period 1 instead of typing every single student in the box to send email.
Did your student forget his or her Aeries password or Google password? If so, click the down arrow for instructions!

Also, students can reset their own passwords for Aeries. At the Aeries portal page have them click 'forgot password' and the admin will send them a Gmail. From there, they follow the directions. If they forgot their Gmail password, any teacher can reset it by going to admin.google.com and signing in (see video link above)
