Sometimes things can go wrong with technology. Other times, a helping hand is needed. The VCUSD Technology Department is a knowledgeable group here to help staff and students make the most of the technology at hand. To help keep requests organized and prioritized, we use Incident IQ.

To get to Incident IQ:
Select the IIQ app in VCUSD Link (Classlink)
Go to the Staff Resources page on the district website
Some users at schools have permissions within IIQ to help manage assets. This role is known as an Agent.
Assign/Unassign an Asset
Move an Asset Within School
Transfer an Asset to Another School
Remove an Asset from School
