Join Us at the 2024 RevEd Conference!
In anticipation of hosting NCSS 2025 in D.C., VCSS will not be hosting its annual spring (multi-day conference). However, VCSS is thrilled to announce our partnership with the William & Mary's Learning & Design Lab on the upcoming Revolutionary Educators Conference, a summit at William & Mary on October 24-26 for social studies educators, museum professionals, and Revolutionary era historians!

The goals of the Virginia Council for the Social Studies are to foster professional growth, develop communication among stakeholders in the social studies community, and promote the teaching of social studies in Virginia, the United States, and the international sphere. The Virginia Council of the Social Studies is an affiliate of the National Council for the Social Studies (NCSS).
