I will be the sole advisor for the VHS FBLA chapter this school year in the 2024-2025 school year.   

Last year we re-grouped and eliminated officers to focus on encouraging project managers to step up to the plate.  We made the decision to focus on The Badger Den, helping with The Badger Branch of Sandhills State Bank, rocking our Krispy Kreme fundraiser, and going on a leadership trip.

23-24 was busy year.  We were super close to hitting our $30,000 sales goal for The Badger Den!  Five members attended a John Maxwell leadership conference in Orlando, FL.  We attended the Nebraska State Leadership Conference in April of 2024.  Emma Kreutner placed 2nd in Healthcare Administration and earned her way to nationals in Orlando, FL from June 27-July 3, 2024.  

The Badger Den is the school spirit store that is run by FBLA members.  We utilize local and small-business vendors to supply our store.  FBLA members will work The Badger Den to earn the opportunity to attend our leadership trip and state and a national conferences.  We appreciate all the community support we have had for The Badger Den to date!  Thank you, Badger Nation!  

After 5 years of coaching Speech at VHS, it is time for a break!  Anne Schneider will be taking over as head speech coach for the 2024-2025 season.  Anne has helped judge speech for the last several years and will do a fabulous job!
