Google Drive Reminder
After graduation, seniors will lose access to their school accounts, including Google Drive and any files stored there. If you would like to keep your files, please make sure to back them up before the end of the school year. To back up files, you can click here for step-by-step digital instructions or print a copy of the directions here.
2026-2027 FAFSA
We’re excited to share that the 2026-27 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form is now live and available to the public at fafsa.gov. Completing the FAFSA is the first step in accessing financial aid for college. Families are encouraged to complete the form as soon as possible to maximize aid opportunities. If you have questions or need support, please reach out to your child’s school counselor or contact Mr. Chris Yost, our ACCESS College Foundation advisor, at Chris.Yost@vbschools.com.
Transcripts
Our school system uses Parchment to send official academic credentials, including transcripts. Through this platform, students can order their official transcripts and send them directly to colleges, universities, or other destinations that are part of the Parchment network.
To get started, visit www.parchment.com/register. Each senior has been provided with a unique registration code sent by email and distributed in paper form during senior meetings. Please use this code when creating your account to ensure it connects properly with our Synergy transcript provider.
Important: Be sure to use a personal email address (not your school email) when creating your account. School email accounts will be deactivated after graduation.
Letters of Recommendation
If you need a letter of recommendation from your school counselor, please allow a minimum of two weeks before your application deadline. This gives your counselor enough time to write the letter and upload it to the required platform.
When making your request, please complete the Letter of Recommendation Questionnaire and give it to your school counselor. This form helps your counselor highlight your strengths, experiences, and goals in their letter.
College Visits
Colleges and universities will be visiting PAHS this fall. Don’t miss your chance to learn more about admissions, programs, and campus life! All visits will take place in the Main Foyer (in front of the auditorium) during lunchtime.
Students must sign up for each college visit using this form.
Upcoming College Visits:
ODU – October 3
Columbia University – October 7
Mary Washington University – October 9
Hollins University – October 16
UVA – October 28
As additional colleges schedule visits, this page will be updated.
Princess Anne High School will administer the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) on December 8 and again in March. The ASVAB is offered at no cost and with no military obligation. It provides students with valuable insights into their academic strengths and career options.
Students must be at least 16 years old to participate. Students interested in taking the ASVAB must complete the interest form and turn in a permission slip to the school counseling office. Permission slips can be picked up in the school counseling office. Contact Mr. Hlasnicek for additional information at Zachary.Hlasnicek@vbschools.com.
