Spring ASVAB Test Date- Military Interest Assessment
The School Counseling Department will offer the ASVAB Career Exploration Program (CEP), on Tuesday, April 22nd. The ASVAB will be available to 11th-12th grade students at no cost. Students signed up to take the ASVAB must arrive no later than 7:45 am to the KHS Library. Students will be taking the ASVAB using their Chromebook. Test start time will begin at 8:00 am and takes approximately 3 hours. Families must complete the following Spring 2025 ASVAB Test Date Request Form to be able to take the test: https://forms.gle/DZVEVqt9TZgW49N57

Military Visits
Military Visits
Kempsville High School hosts various military recruiters throughout the school year during lunch. These visits are an opportunity for students to speak with recruiters about the different branch benefits and the pathways students can take to join the military. The recruiters are stationed in the Auditorium Foyer in the 600 hall. See the scheduled visits below for the 2024-2025 school year.

Wednesday: ARMY
Thursday: Virginia Army National Guard
Friday: Not Assigned
*AIR FORCE and COAST GUARD on specific requested dates (TBD)
