Who Will Win?
The Super Bowl will feature the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs enter the game as the returning champion and winners of 2 of the last 4 super bowls. The are led by quarterback Patrick Mahomes and tight end Travis Kelce. They finished with an 11-6 record, but struggled at times during the regular season. The Niners are quarterbacked by unlikely hero Brock Purdy, who was the last pick in his entry draft. San Francisco was strong all year, and many predicted them to win the big game before the season started. What is your hot take? Who will take home the Lombardi trophy and why? KC Conspiracy
Let's be honest-- the Chiefs didn't exactly light it up this year. Their offense was plagued by dropped passes, and many experts predicted that they would be crushed by Baltimore in the AFC championship. Yet, somehow, they wound up in the Super Bowl again. After the AFC upset, the internet exploded with conspiracy theories and calls to investigate the referees for officiating the game in a way that unfairly benefited the Chiefs over the Ravens. Some suspect the team, the league, or perhaps even Taylor Swift are involved in some sort of scheme to rig the games so Kansas City wins again. What say you? Is there a nefarious plot afoot? Many football fans have watched the games with a growing sense of disgust in their heart. Brought to rage, not by their team's terrible performance or the ever-changing rules, but by the presence of Taylor Stinkin' Swift. Cameras constantly cut to her during the broadcasts, TV and radio shows frequently discuss her newfound fandom, and it seems that the coverage of Tay Tay is overshadowing the coverage of the game itself.
