Today is the first Advisory day!  

 
The purpose of Advisory, or Stallion Time as it is called at Green Run, is "to create structures for students to practice and develop future ready skills and attributes that fuel connection, agency, and purpose".  

Some students look forward to advisory day because the get a chance to interact with peers and teachers who share common interests but may not be part of each other's typical day. On the other hand, there are students who feel that Advisory is a pointless waste of time that no one takes seriously.  

What say you? Do you think Advisory is meaningful and should continue, or do you think we should cancel the Advisory program and make better use of our time? Write an essay to persuade Mrs. Bowser to consider your opinion. Use evidence and examples to support your claim.
