This document is meant to assist and strengthen the reflective practice as schools engage with the Reflective Guide. As schools reflect on each area of the guide, these probing questions may be used to assist in determining proficiency levels. For each probing question, participants should determine not only how, but also to what extent the area of focus is occurring throughout the school. By reflecting upon “to what extent,” participants will be able to determine the appropriate level of proficiency for each disposition.
