We have home base assignments for each school to store their things during the day based on cast size. This will also serve as a dressing room, rehearsal space, etc. The smaller casts will get the smaller rooms. Spaces are limited so thank you for understanding.
Merchant Hall Capacity: 1,123 ticketed seats
On average 40-50 tickets per school (account for performers, nominees, chaperones, directors, community members, etc. ). More information coming in mid-to-late April.
*There may be extras from unclaimed tickets that become available May 15-19th.
Stage size: 32' 0" depth (main curtain to cyc), 49' 9" width (legs to legs), 32' 10" height (without anything hanging from battons)

Merchant Hall is where dress rehearsals and the primary gala activity will happen.
Gregory Hall will be a group lunch, rehearsal, down time space during the day.
The Loading Dock is where you will drop off your sets. Note that we will have load in times assigned to you for ease of unloading your equipment such as costumes, props, and small set dressings. NO LARGE SET PIECES are permitted.
The lobby is where guests will arrive, check in will happen, and all participants should enter through the main entrance. The pre-gala reception will also take place in the upstairs lobby (The Lovey Hammel Lounge) @ 5:30pm the day of the event.
Dressing rooms/ home base spaces are located throughout the rest of the building as shown above. Each school will be provided one assigned dressing room based on cast size (space may be limited so you may have to dress in rotations).
