New S.O.A.P. Zoom link: I have sent you a new Zoom link that will be embedded in a calendar invite. Please accept this calendar invite by clicking "yes" to confirm your attendance this Thursday;
Zoom profile name should be your student's name: This can be done by changing the name in the profile setting before logging onto SOAP (You can change the name back after class). This should help place your students in class more efficiently and quickly.
"Hall Pass" Protocol: If any student needs to be excused from class for whatever reason such as answering a phone or going to the restroom, please ensure that the student turns off their cameras and mute their microphones before departing. When they are ready to resume class, they can then turn on their cameras and their microphones and rejoin their class.
