HELP & ADVICE ON CHOOSING YOUR SUBJECTS
When choosing your subjects, it is important to bear the following points in mind:-
Choose the subjects which you are actually interested in - not those that your friends have chosen! Remember, you may not want to study the same subjects as they do if you go to college.
Due to the limited time we have, you will not be able to participate in all the subjects you might wish to study at college, so think about what you might enjoy at this particular time.
Do not dismiss those subjects which you are already studying at school - you may find that they are very different at college.
To choose one of our Modern Foreign Language sessions, you must already be studying that language at GCSE level. To choose Maths you should already be studying Higher Tier GCSE Maths. Please bear this in mind when choosing your sessions, as unfortunately we cannot place you onto these subjects if you do not meet the criteria stated.
HOW TO APPLY

Your parent/guardian will then be emailed a Parental Consent/Medical Declaration form which must be completed and returned. Please get them to check both their Inbox and Spam box. Without the receipt of this form, we cannot confirm your place at the Campus Day.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
We will be emailing you in June to confirm which sessions you have been placed on and with further details of the day. Where possible we will try and place you on your first three choices of subjects. However, this may not be possible in which case we will place you on one of your other choices.
If PE, Sport & Fitness or Music Tecnhology are one of your chosen subjects, you will be asked to bring with you your PE kit or headphones on the day. You will be informed of this in the confirmation email.
