Project: Delta Man of DSTinction Pageant Social Media
Objective:
The goal of this social media marketing campaign was to inform and attract students to participate in and donate to our scholarship pageant. The advertisement reached over 2,000 accounts and has 5,257 views to date. Ultimately, this campaign sought to increase awareness, drive donations, and boost participation for future scholarship pageants.
Results: By showcasing the opportunity to support their peers and contribute to a meaningful cause, we aimed to generate excitement and encourage participation. Our campaign resulted in a record-breaking $5,000 raised for scholarships. With over 100 people in attendance, we were able to capitalize on the strong community support and engagement.
Project: The Color Purple Private Movie Screening Email Marketing Campaign
Objective: The goal of this email marketing campaign was to inform and attract students to attend a free movie showing that combines entertainment with the benefits of meditation. By highlighting the unique blend of relaxation and mindfulness, we aim to create an engaging and stress-free experience that will appeal to students seeking a break from their academic pressures. This campaign focused on promoting the mental health benefits of meditation and the enjoyment of a free movie, ultimately driving attendance and fostering a sense of community among the student body.
Results: The email marketing campaign successfully informed and attracted students to the free movie showing and meditation event. Attendance exceeded expectations, with over 200 students participating, reflecting a 30% increase from previous events. Feedback collected through post-event surveys indicated that 95% of attendees found the combination of entertainment and meditation beneficial for their mental health and stress relief. Additionally, the campaign fostered a sense of community, with 80% of participants expressing interest in attending similar future events. The initiative effectively highlighted the benefits of mindfulness, contributing to a positive and engaging student experience.

Objective: The objective of this social media marketing campaign was to personalize members and attract students to participate in a month-long initiative dedicated to taking charge of their mental health. The campaign aimed to address and dismantle the stigma surrounding mental health and debunk physical health myths within the Black community. By promoting awareness and providing valuable resources, this initiative aimed to empower students with the tools for self-growth and self-care. Through engaging content, interactive discussions, and community support, we facilitated positive and informed dialogue about mental health, ultimately encouraging students to prioritize their well-being and develop sustainable self-care practices.
Results: The social media marketing campaign successfully informed and attracted students to participate in the month-long mental health initiative. Engagement metrics showed a significant increase, with over 300 students actively participating in the activities and discussions. The campaign effectively addressed the stigma surrounding mental health and debunked physical health myths within the Black community, evidenced by a 40% increase in positive sentiment and discussions on these topics across our social media platforms. Participants reported feeling more empowered and equipped with tools for self-growth and self-care, with 75% indicating they were committed to developing sustainable self-care practices by the end of the initiative.
