Last week, in our in-person session, we met our fantastic Data Team and started the important work of figuring out WHO we want to connect with by planning our initial turf. Now, this week, we're taking a slightly different but equally crucial step: we're turning inward to discover WHY you are on this Precinct Delegate Journey.

This exploration is all about helping you connect with your core motivations and begin to craft your personal story. Understanding and being able to share why you're involved is a powerful way to build authentic connections with voters. Remember, your unique voice and reasons for stepping up are what make our grassroots efforts so strong!

On this page, you'll find a few activities to guide you:

1. Watch the Video Lesson: Our guide, Jetson, will walk you through the importance of your personal story and how to start thinking about your "why."

2. Take the "Finding Your Why" Quiz: This isn't a test! It's a set of reflective questions designed to help you process the video's message and start drafting your own key talking points.

3. Join the Google Chat Discussion: After completing the quiz, you'll head over to our Google Chat group to share a brief version of your personal message and connect with your fellow delegates.

Take your time with these activities, explore at your own pace, and really allow yourself to reflect. We estimate this Exploration might take about 30-50 minutes to complete, but feel free to break it up into shorter sessions if that works better for you.
