Please note the following items will be required to enroll a new student:

Proof of Residency (current water, gas, or electric bill)

Student Birth Certificate

Student Social Security Card

Parent Driver's License

Up to date immunization records or conscience exemption form

Students having completed online registration (including proof of residency & immunization record) prior to May 1, 2026 will receive a t-shirt while supplies last... (shirt pictured below)
