VISION STATEMENT

The vision of the Vista Verde Middle School Comprehensive School Counseling Program is to provide equitable access to high quality education and school counseling services to all students to ensure that the needs and goals of every student are addressed so that each student can be high school, college and career ready.

SCHOOL COUNSELING MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the counselors at Vista Verde Middle School is to promote success and long-range results for all students. Our program is designed to help all students develop and enhance their academic, social, career, and personal strengths in order to become responsible and productive citizens. Through the implementation of the school counseling program, counselors will facilitate collaboration between students, families, teachers, administrators, other school staff and education stakeholders to provide equitable access to a quality educational program.
