Ms. Barbu has been teaching for 18 years, 16 of which have been at Citrus. She has taught English, ELD, AVID, in grades 9-12. Ms. Barbu loves football and baseball. Specifically the Steelers and the Dodgers. She enjoys running in her spare time. She has a daughter that attends CSU Fullerton and a son that is junior here at Citrus Hill.

Mrs. Esteron has been teaching for ten years and has been teaching at Citrus Hill for the last eight years. Over the years she has taught World History, AP Human Geography, U.S. History and AVID. Currently, she is teaching AP Human Geography and AVID 10. When she's not teaching she loves to travel and experience new places, try new restaurants, listen to live music, complete projects around her house and spend time with her crazy family. She has a son who is a paramedic and a daughter who is a full time college student to become an elementary school teacher. She also loves animals and dancing. She looks forward to another great year at Citrus Hill!

She has experience teaching and consulting the AVID Excel program and trains teachers over the summer with all things AVID. Ms. Smith enjoys competing in obstacle races and runs, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.
