Ask their teacher for a “Pass” to visit me
They can visit me at their lunch time
Parents & Teachers can:
Complete the Parent/Teacher Referral Form listed below

What happens next?
Once I receive the form, I will:
Review the request
Meet with the student within a few days
Follow up with the parent/teacher if needed
