APPRENTICESHIPS
Apprenticeships are opportunities for on-the-job training for specific trades and professions that require certifications. Most apprenticeships pay apprentices for work done while training. Many even come with a guaranteed job after certifications have been completed. Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians are just some of the examples of apprenticeships available in the Treasure Valley. Companies like Idaho Power and Union Pacific Railroad also have apprenticeships available at times. Below is more information about specific opportunities for Vallivue High School students.
