GEM Track/Associate's Degrees

Ridgevue High School does not advise students on earning their Associate's Degree.  Please contact CWI for more information:  CWI Advising

What is the GEM Track?

The GEM Track is an opportunity to earn College of Western Idaho general education credits while you are still in high schools. Some classes can be taken at RHS (through dual credit classes) and the other classes need to be taken at CWI.

How can the GEM Track save you money?

While students are in high school, they can take CWI classes for $75 per credit. Students can use their Advanced Opportunities fund to pay for these credits. For every credit a student takes, they could save hundreds of dollars.

How to start planning your GEM Track

If you are interested in earning a GEM certificate or another degree, please contact Natasha Montabello (last names beginning with A-G)  Talon Smith (last names beginning with H-O) or Emily Thomas (last names beginning with P-Z) at CWI.
