*Final transcripts will not be finalized until June 1st! We must wait until all AP testing, college finals, and credit recovery classes are complete and grades are entered. Even if you are not taking one of those exams, we will not be able to finalize anyone's transcript until that time.

If you have taken a college class at any time during high school, YOU will have to follow these instructions in order to have ASTATE or BRTC to send your college transcript to your school of choice.
These classes will be listed on your high school transcript, but your college of you choice will also need your ASTATE/BRTC college transcript in order to provide you with the appropriate credit(s) earned.
These are the directions for ordering a transcript from ASTATE:
Go to My.A-State.edu
Login using your A-State credentials. User name (typically first.lastname) and password (reset if needed)
Accept the Duo notification
When the A-State portal opens, click on the Banner Self Service icon.
Login with your student ID and PIN number (should have a picture on your phone from when you first enrolled as an A-State Concurrent Enrollment student)
Choose Student
Choose Student Records
Request Official Transcript
Complete the request form.
