📌 Reminders & Routines

• Help your child build a consistent homework routine beginning this week.

• Please send a labeled water bottle daily—make sure it seals tightly.

• Dismissal Safety:

  • Always display your car placard until your child is in the car.

  • Approved Valley Academy ID is required for pick-up (placard, badge, or office sticker).

  • Make sure your child knows their dismissal plan:

    • 2:15 – Academic Arcade or early car pick-up

    • 3:15 – Car pick-up, walk-up (music room), walkers, or Coyote Club

  • If your child is in Coyote Club and you use the car line, please park in an appropriate parking spot. Then come in and sign them out.

• Coyote Club Students: Should bring homework or a silent reading book to use until 4:15 p.m.

Our first VAPO meeting is Tuesday, August 11 at 8:15 a.m.
VAPO is a great way to stay engaged with school activities and support our students.
