The CAT program is a prevention, diversion and intervention program for families residing in North County (including Fallbrook and Bonsall) with school age youth (6-18) who may be experiencing behavioral concerns at home/school or are at-risk of entering the juvenile justice system. Our services are free of charge regardless of insurance or income status. Our individual counseling services are short-term (on average 8-12 sessions) and some our group topics include the following:
Anger Management & Decision Making
Growing through Adversities-focusing on gang prevention and diversion
Alcohol, Tobacco & Other Drugs Diversion
Life Skills- focused on healthy relationships, body positivity and decision-making
Empowering Young Men-gender specific group to discuss the difficult issues adolescent males face today
Girl’s Power Hour-gender specific group for females
Other services may include, assistance with basic needs (i.e. groceries),parenting groups, educational workshops, etc.
