Websites

We will be using these websites throughout the year. 

iReady is a district implemented website that allows students to work on Reading and Math lessons personalized to their needs. We will use this website in-class but it can also be used at home.

Accelerated Reader is a district implemented program for Reading Comprehension. After a student reads a book, they can take an AR Test that will give them points toward their quarterly goal.

Blooket is a fun, interactive site that allows students to take quizzes on a variety of subjects- we use it in class for reviews.

No Red Ink is a personalized writing website that takes students' interests like sport teams, cartoons, movies, etc., and makes lessons using parts of speech, grammar, and quick writing prompts. 

Typing.com is a typing fluency website. We will use this in class to increase our words per minute and keyboarding skills. This is very helpful for our computer-based state testing.
