Test Policy Changes
Check out this website for the list of colleges which have chosen to go Test-Optional or Test-Blind.
Under a test-optional policy, colleges still welcome test scores from students who choose to submit them and consider them a valuable data point and part of the review process if testing is available, or in other cases for consideration of class placement or scholarships. ... In contrast, if a school is test blind, it means they will not consider standardized testing at all

SAT Subject tests
Some UC's and out of state/private colleges and universities may require or recommend a subject test. Please see campus specific websites to see if they require these tests.
Sending your scores
IMPORTANT UPDATE:
If students self-report scores in their application, they will only need to submit official scores if they are offered admission in the spring. Students should self-report scores by mid- to late-December if they want to share them with the campuses.
Sending SAT Scores to CSU and UC
Use CSU Mentor Code 3594 to send your SAT scores to ALL 23 CSU campuses at once (that way, you can still use the other three free reports for other schools!)
For students interested in UC schools - you only need to send your scores to any one UC campus because they share them with all the other UC campuses automatically (so, use the other three free reports for other schools!)
Sending ACT Scores to CSU and UC
If you send your ACT scores to only one CSU campus, all CSU campuses will eventually get access. UC schools also share ACT scores among themselves just like they do with SAT scores! So send your ACT scores to ONE UC campus
PSAT
All students who took the PSAT can access their scores through https://studentscores.collegeboard.org/
