My child doesn't understand this math concept on their independent work.
Go to Khan Academy and search the problem type your child needs help with. Khan goes over each skill set with step by step instructions (in video and written format).
Your child can message me on Clever/Go Guardian/Google Classroom/Email. I will specifically be on Clever/Go Guardian during their independent time (12:00-12:40) to answer questions.
My child has always struggled in math which makes it hard for them to understand the dense 6th grade material.
Go to Khan Academy courses where your child will be given instructional videos and exercises that match their current math ability. This resource will help to fill in content gaps that your child may have from previous math years.
My child still does not have their multiplication facts memorized.
Go to their math Google Classroom and look under "class resources" for a multiplication chart and practice multiplication times tests.
I want my child to practice math outside of their assigned work but I have a hard time motivating them.
Go to Dreambox and your child will work on math skills that match their current ability in a video game formatted website.
